Refund Policy

Advance payments are refundable in full if the project is cancelled before work begins. Once design or development has started, refunds are prorated against work completed and approved. Completed milestones, third-party costs and ad spend are non-refundable. Maintenance plans can be cancelled any time; unused months are not refunded.
